You are welcome to come to our neck of the woods for your horse-drawn carriage ride or we can make arrangements to come to you. Northumberland Hills offer some of the most beautiful landscape ever viewed - you won't be disappointed.
Carriage/Wagon Options:
This gorgeous White Vis-A-Vis carriage can be drawn by single horse or by team. You may enjoy your ride with the canopy up or down; it's interior is blue and has courtesy windows for weather protection and comfortably seats 4 - 6 guests. This carriage has coach lanterns for dusk/evening rides.
This beautiful Black Wagon has classic gold trim and traditional coach lanterns for evening rides. The driver and footman will drive the team fom an original buck-board wagon bench. This wagon comfortably seats 12 passengers and is a really fun ride. This is our recommendation for the larger groups but can be enjoyed by two as well.
This beautiful Maroon Democrat carriage can be drawn with a single horse or by team. It has black leather seats and accents and has classic coach lanterns for late night rides. It comfortably seats 2 people and is more of a cozy ride
In honor of the beautiful Northumberland snowfalls, we have a traditional Winter Sleigh which simply offers good, old-fashioned fun. Whether your ride is for two or twelve, you won't be disappointed. There is nothing as fun or cozy as snuggling up and travelling across the snow covered fields and taking in the most beautiful sights and sounds - including that of your sleigh-ride companion(s).
Another option to enjoy the winter wonderland is our beautiful red and black Cutter. Santa himself borrowed this beauty for a spin around town.
Last but not least, our original Black Vis-A-Vis carriage from the 1800's. This carriage can also be drawn single or by team. This carriage has the benefit of coach lighting and is perfect for a romantic sun-set ride. This carriage comfortably seats 4 guests. You may choose to have the canopy up or down. This beauty is a real head-turner with its rose-coloured interior. This beauty is classic for weddings as well.
If you're thinking of something a little more laid back and basic. We can also provide you and your party with a traditional farm Hay Wagon - complete with the hay. If it's a classic hay wagon ride you have in mind - this is simple, basic and loads of fun - just add the guests.

FEES: Regardless of your choice of carriage/wagon or sleigh - prices remain consistent. For a single-horse hitch $150.00/hr.. Charges vary on duration of ride, single or team hitch and travel time to accommodate your event. Please email or call us for a specific quote.
We have blankets on hand for cuddling up but dress for the weather. You are welcome to bring along your own picnic basket, cooler or thermos, but don't forget your camera - we'd be happy to take a snapshot for your album. If you'd prefer we can provide the snacks and refreshments - just let us know what you have in mind. We have sleigh bells, music and seasonal decorations as well.
